Well, once again we are treated to a smart-assed charge without merit, without content of any kind, without wit or meaning, leaving only a desparate attempt to trivialize what you don’t understand in the hope of a fleeting sense of faux superiority, some sort of unearned intellectual validity, an immature desire for notice of others, and a hope of undeserved respect among the readers.

Your empty gambit only announces that which you want frantically to deny: you are a naught, a zero, an empty mass, a miasma of ignorance and insecurity, a stagnant, empty box with a smart mouth with limited imagination.

Your frantic desire to be noticed without adding to the conversation, without idea or relevance, sans wit or cleverness or relevance, announces your emptiness, and your pomposity in preaching to the site, dabbling in conviction and authority, wandering aimlessly from one confusing idea to another, substituting blarney and bile for thought, marks you as six pounds of nothing, wrapped in verbal calico.

You tire me, and worse than that, you bore me.

You have no knowledge, no background, no information, no understanding.

I would rather not expose myself to your trashy mind any longer.

And don't forget your unconditional support of the HandsUpDon'tShoot narrative from Ferguson. Any credibility you may have had went MIA long, long ago.

Have you seen what happened in Ferguson?

I stand behind it.

And I accept the Steele Report as perfectly consistent with trump’s activities and history.

Eventually, we’ll see.

Obama inherited a big recession, turned it around and Trump took over a market already rising. He has been in long enough for his policies to affect the market (takes usually 1.5 to 2 years) and look what is happening.

Sounds correct to me. We left Obama’s rising marker, found the tariffs compelling and reducing profit, reducing business in general, and the farmer find themselves holding soy beans at no profit etc. etc.

And the farmers look six months in the future—at no money for seeds, nothing to live on, disaster piled upon disaster.

In the annals of ignorant statements, this one stands as the poster child of ignorant statements.

It is so wrong, on so many levels, I'm struggling to choose where to start. Here goes.

The stock market is ALWAYS looking AHEAD. ALWAYS. It's all about figuring what's going to happen and how to profit from it, or minimize losses. Lenben probably drives a car only looking in the rearview mirror.

Wall Street is always looking forward and that's why it was so funny when the NYT moron Paul Krugman, in the early morning hours of November 9, 2016, made this prediction: "It really does now look like President Donald J. Trump, and markets are plunging. When might we expect them to recover?...If the question is when markets will recover, a first-pass answer is never." He was proven wrong, once again, within a few hours.

Markets are always looking 6 months or more ahead. This is why we have Down Jones Futures, and no Dow Jones Past.

The stock market reacted to the takeover of the House by the Dims, by plunging. The stock market knows that the Dims will try their utmost to sabotage the economy and cause a recession or worse; it's what Dims do because they hate America and they hate Trump.

The stock market also did not like the rate hikes from the Fed and that's why Jerome Powell is being called various unflattering names. He has tried to explain why he's doing that by saying that the Trump economy is too strong and needs to be tempered. Way to go Jerome; eliminate $5 trillion in valuation and tank everyone's 401K, just as we were coming out of the 0bama recession.

I find this a particularly weak response.

It's an easy target: ban abortion. No concern for the consequences.

What is hard is to ensure after birth that a child is wanted, gets the attention it needs to develop mentally and physically, is fed, clothed, educated. And that the mother is supported, gets appropriate health care, can support the child and still give the child the attention it needs.

And of course, there is both cost and risk to carrying a pregnancy to term and giving birth. There seems to be little concern for that as well.

Leave the decision to the mother. Provide pre and post natal care, as needed. Support and welcome children into society; just don't require the mother to carry to term if she doesn't want to.

There is also the mother to consider. A school age girl probably won’t finish the grade she’s in, almost certainly won’t graduate or seek higher education—thus relegating her to menial work and poverty the rest of her life, and complicate marriage issues for life.

A working woman can no longer work, even though her income may be absolutely essential in the family.

And don't forget ... Hitler was a small state, low tax, personal liberty, primacy of citizen over state right winger.

Well, let’s deal with fact: Germany (not Hitler, he isn’t a state) was a small state, grasping for terroritory, aiming to control the world, with personal liberty except for Jews, gays, gypsies and anyone Hitler didn’t hate, and the state had primacy over citizens if you notice, over Jews, over gays, over gypsies, over the citizens, over the children in boys clubs and girls organizations, remember the girls eventually were impregnated for the state.

In other words, nothing you say is true, is it?

Yes, some correction after the highest market ever! Many of those things contribute, as did the fact that the Fed is no longer giving away the free money they did under Obama, but be very clear:

The market is down 11% since the 2018 election and the election of an ancient “new” speaker of the house yesterday resulted in the Dow dropping 660 points!

Just because A is followed by B doesn’t mean B caused A.

Saying that the “election” resulted in something proposes a cause and effect you have failed to establish.

There is a third party involved...who considers their rights?

But that’s the question: is there a third person involved?

At what point does a mass (originally only two!) cells become a person rather than a thing? I propose no answer to this.

If people paid a tenth as much attention to the child as they to the fetus, the discussion would be more constructive.

A voice that insists that a fetus be carried to term and delivered bears some responsibility for the resulting child and its life.
