I started out in digital with a D200 after years of film photography, both 35mm and medium format. I loved the D200 so much I bought another one as a backup. Great camera. I still have and use my D200. They are work horses. I have upgraded since and have D7100, D500, D5000 and D610. And the D200 with "only" 10.2 MP is still a fine camera. If you can't get good photographs with a D200 you might want to look at the photographer, not the camera.

When did you have the work done?

Welcome to my world. This is where I grew up. On the road Mesa Falls (upper and lower), Bear Gulch (I first Ski and lots of tall country). Rail road ran through there. Loved to watch them cut the tracks in spring time with rotary plows. This was the gateway to YP. Tracks are now gone and the bed is used to mountain bike. I hope to be there in a few days.

I have Canon L lenses and none of the 14 rattle. You get what you pay for.

Have Canon L's and I have Sig's, I value both. I purchased a Sig know that the internal devise moved when it was not on camera & powered up.

I find your answer valueless. That's two cents.

I don't have that lens but have an art prime(s) unless they are on camera and powered up they can rattle. if you enter your question in a search engine you will find a more complete answer.
