They told you that and when it comes times to settle they will probably be singing different tune. It was a used camera and lens only worth $100.00. Don't think your injuries were that bad so here's another $100.00. Now let's settle, sign here!
Barb, you have to learn how to protect yourself. Get an attorney and see what they have to say. It won't cost you a cent.
