Tips and tricks? What does that mean? Tips, well do you know the relationship between ISO, shutter speet, aperture and light? Do you understand how to properly operate both camera and lens without being on full auto all the time?
Do you always use the view finder to frame your shots if your camera does live view? Do you know how to do time (long) exposures for night shots? Can you look at a scene and decide instantly whether or not you need a tripod, longer shutter speed, more ISO?

There's plenty more I could ask but if any of the answers above was no perhaps a photo class would help. There's no tricks to a dslr, just good, clean, photographer skill photography.

Good luck
Tips and tricks? What does that mean? Tips, well... (show quote)

I Know all of that and much more so I don't need a photo Class. What I was asking was something else so Your answer is of no help.

Hi all.
Anybody uses a K-30 and would like to share some tips and settings? I'm using it and enjoying. Where I am now the internet connection is too slow for uploading pictures without waiting for hours. As soon as possible I'll load some pics. I'm mostly a jpg shooter.

Thanks

I use it. It's the VC version: not bad for its price and does its job well. The Nikon is on another level but costs much more.
I use it on my D700.

The problem is definition of 'reasonable force'; judges always judge to much 'reasonable force' fir who defends himself or his family.

Unfortunately here in Italy this is how it works. If you soot someone that comes in your house to rob or kill or rape, you are in jail for murder

Wish the good old days came back.

Good, but today with our laws that protect criminals you would go to jail.

This is called progress
