The term boulders is really a relative term. They can be big, large or huge!

Here are some boulders to start with. The chances are that I may not get the photo from the calendar, but I'll try.

Thanks for hosting another challenge, Vaun. This should be a good one, who doesn't love a good boulder.

Especially if you're an avid climber.

They both made it safely to the top of that one.

Those first two were in a park just North of Phoenix. These were strewn about in the Texas panhandle.

Here are some to start with. Many of us have had a rare chance to witness the Northern Lights from our home states.

I am envious of all who got to witness the Northern lights, especially this far south. Our son in Terlingua even sent us photos the he took of the event in SW Texas.

I saw this interesting fungus on a small plant nestled against the corner of the building where I volunteer. It's only about 8" high and 6" across.

A bit more mundane than all the Aurora pix, but quite pretty for fungus.

Nothing like a stump full of fungi‼️😎🔨🕰️

Going to Austin tomorrow for Grandson's graduation from UT. So this will be my last for this challenge, but I'll be lurking as time allows. See y'all Sunday.

Looked up at this new bridge in Savannah, GA. They needed higher clearance into their harbor for the supertankers.

An interesting bridge we crossed in Meine on our way to Bar Harbor!!

An interesting piece of dynamic artwork we saw in Sedona, AZ.

P8- Very nice set Larry! Years ago I walked the San Antonio River Walk.

It’s still a nice walk, we just haven’t done in a while. It has expanded up stream as well with a lock put in to help the barges get upstream as well. 🔨⏰🤠

All good to see you know, I have enjoyed each post y'all have share here.
I found some more to share as well.

Back in the day when I had to go to work everyday I would occasionally visit a jobsite and looked up a lot as the erection crew played with their "big boy's tinker toy set"!

Downtown on the San Antonio River you're always looking up at the all the buildings up on street level.

In my own back yard I looked up at a very tired looking squirel.

It was a small town located on the exact center-line of the 2017 eclipse. Besides, we planned this for on the way home, to California, from being in Michigan for a couple of weeks, so it just worked out OK. The only issue was that we were planning to drop down into Texas to visit some family and friends before heading home, but Hurricane Harvey hit the area just a couple of days after the eclipse, so we headed West after making a couple of stops in Kansas.

I don't recall a previous 'Looking Up' challenge, perhaps it was before I started participating in these, so most of my 'Looking Up' shots are not all that new, but here they are anyway:

Your Saturn shot is very interesting! What took you to York,NE? 🤔👍👍

Very nice intro, Pat, that's a really good looking goat

Naturally I found some in my archives to pass along.

The windmill has been a wonder to me since I was a kid visiting Mom's folks in New Mexico. They had one.

Fireworks require an upward glance to really appreciate them.
