Well. I don't use thumbs much and don't know what others are feeling when they use them, but if I did use them, it would mean that I think that looks pretty doggone good. I probably shouldn't assume that everyone would know what it means to me.
Here are a few more. These were taken with aperture priority, using the viewfinder with the left eye. Awkard, but doable. These were hand-held again. Next, tripod.
I went for a walk at Winona Lake, adjacent to Warsaw, and I swore I was in Ventura, CA because of the atmosphere π€π€π€
Indiana has the freshest air I have ever breathed because of the evergreen trees that are used so much as fencing or property lines. Every time I went there it was obvious the second I stepped out of the car. I just wanted to stand there a while and breathe it all in. It's wonderful.

Thanks Joe. The cool part was, when my dad saw what I had done, he told me to get my coat and come with him. He took me shopping and bought me some water colors, brushes and water color paper. Man, was I happy!!!!
It would be a great place to live if I could just stand the winters, when everything is so bare, dark, and barren
I've been to Goshen, Shipshewana and Warsaw in all seasons and I loved it there every time. (Got caught in the snow up there one time and had to stay an extra day.
