Anyone here use Corel PaintShop for PP? If so, what is you favorite feature?

I use PaintShop Pro 2019 and it is so feature rich my favorite is the one(s) I need for the photo I am working on, which can vary considerably. If you are looking for a quick, less-experienced operation, recommend Enhance Photo which automatically corrects exposure, shadows, sharpness, saturation and white balance with one click (then you can tweak plus/minus further if needed).

I use PSP 2019 and really enjoy the fill light feature as well as already mentioned. I also have most or all of the scripts which are fun to use.

Watch out for sales and a wide variety of prices. B&H had it for $30 yesterday. Still, even at $80, it's a bargain. I used it many years ago - 2005, when it cost $66.

I use it now and then for the paint brush . It allows me more control than PS when I want to add tiny color spots over an area like the skin to give the skin the look of pores . I color a lot of Black and White photos . And sometimes I use this effect on colored photos on the skin and other objects . Some times I may use it for the other tools .

I use Paintshop Pro 2018. My favorite features are the sharpening tools, cropping and makeup tools. I also use Lightroom and Photoshop but I seem to always go back to Paintshop pro.

I’ve been using it for years starting with X2 and now using 2019. Like others I make frequent use of fill light and clarity. I also find local tone mapping handy for some images.

I use it, hard to pick one feature, for me it's rather intuitive, I quite frequently use the built in RAW converter, then the Smart Photo Fix for initial adjustment and apply my own corrections at that point.

Is Paint Shop Pro strictly a Windows program?

I've used PSP since...a long time ago. It was made by JASC and had never ending trials. I used it to restore old photos and to enhance photos. I like a lot of the features. I probably use the fill and clarity filter and the clone tools the most. I have PSP 2019 on my desktop and 2018 on my laptop.

I'm a Mac addict and Corel is not compatible. If it were I'd use it but I won't charge platforms just to purchase, yet another, piece of photo processing software

Well, I use Brightness/Contrast, Sharpness tool, Crop tool, Clone tool and others when called for. I started with the JASC offering and am continuing with the Corel, I'm now up to 2019. But I still have a lot to learn.
