The "bean counters" do this, and some managers.
People to adress the envelopes.
People to put the CDs into the enevelopes.
People to lick the stamps and attach them to the envelopes.
People to take the envelopes to the post office for posting.
Once it has been set up then the customer does it all.
ie: No workers needed and that can be a major part of the operating costs.
