[quote=Sunnybuckll, you may be right but I've lived here for 6 years now and can say I've never seen daffodils grow there. Although there's a first time for everything I suppose. It's like the naked ladies that pop up in differentd places in the yard each year.

Send me a picture of those naked ladies. Can't say I've seen one before.

Will do Larry. Naked Ladies are also known as Surprise Lilies.

A tale of 2 river tugs,,, the bigger tug, can push 5 rows of barges 3 wide, and more... the little guy, I have only seen pushing 2, single file...
The photo, I took the other morning with the idea of making a ghost ship story of some kind, as the big tug was pulled over, parked along the bank... I presume waiting for the port to make room...
Well along comes the little tug, and my story went from fiction, to show and tell ...
Quite a difference in size...
this guy can push 15 barges, or more

Our local Art Club has set up an art display at the local Library for a few weeks. Here are a couple of my
entries. I think if they were mounted with a 3" matte, they would be more attractive, but rules stated as
16 X 20" as largest format.
I also notice the reflections on the glass. How do I NOT get that in the photos? I tried moving around, but there they are!!!! These are better than 80% of the photos I took that really show that reflection!!
Have a mate hold up a patch of black cloth to let the glass reflect the black instead of the lights or other people. And.. if you want to shoot straight on, wear dark clothing and consider a dark blankey for your camera to peek out of.
A few from the archives........ Glacier Nat. Park
