Ava’sPapa, everyone is born with the fear of falling, some never get control of it. Due to my inborn acrophobia, I would decline any and all invitations to that domicile.

Judging from the depth of it, I'd say wade before swim. LoL
The view would be fabulous.

Even cooler if the bottom of the pool was glass!
Interestingly, except for being at altitude, some of Frank Lloyd Wrights work is similar. I visited his western campus Taliesan West just out of Phoenix. Many of his instructors have property on the campus with their own designs.
After he passed, his wife interviewed every person who applied to study at the college (both west and east coast campus's I believe) and personally approved all students who qualified. It was an adventure to see.
I would be afraid of "The Old Man in the Mountain" effect. Of course, that happened overnight so you would be safe if you never slept in the house.

That is actually very simple to do in PS, but it takes a little creativity!

Where does the sewage go ?

A house like that should have a sewage lift station that would pump the brown and grey water up to a Septic drain field away from the house. If it was real and a person had had it built, blasting out a leaching field away from the house would have been a part of the construction process.
I hope that pool has a glass bottom?
