What size pics? Have you tried to resize to 1280pixels on the long side?
I have found that when I thought it wasn't uploading, it is just taking a VERY long time!! This will have a lot to do with your internet connection speed and the time of day. If I attach 3 pics to a post I have to walk away from it for 5-10 minutes to let it load them.

Just the other day another member had the same problem. Wasn't his computer, it was his browser.
If you can, download another browsers and give that a try.
Can't hurt anything. I do web pages and to insure they are good viewing, I have IE9, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Avant Browser loaded on my PC.

Try uploading and when it starts just walk away and do something else for 15min or so. See if it will finish the upload.

What computer and browser? Might be related to your operating system, the browser and the amount of memory in the computer??

Not being able to post in the past, usually has turned out to be a file size issue. You might try resizing to smaller and see if it'll upload.
