Superb image. The colors really pop.
Beautiful photo. Makes me want to go there and try again.
Wonderful image - well done!
It is a great shot. So, excluding your abilities as a good photographer, old cameras are not good anymore?

Without question, my D7000 exceeds the capabilities of my first Brownie. The D7000 also exceeds my first digital camera, a Kodak DC3400.
When I spent a recent winter digitizing my 6,000 slides made mostly with my venerable Minolta 101 and several lens, I realized that the D7000 was better than the 101 and the Kodak film I had used.
Even better cameras will be made, but poor photographs can be made with any camera, and very good photos with almost any camera. That discussion I will leave to others.
My many years of photography have been mostly mnemonics for family, friends, events, etc. I have had a few published, and done invited shows, but my library of some 25,000 photos starts with ancestors and ends with yesterday's snowstorm, all keyworded and playing selected sets as screen savers on our two iMacs when not in use.
The download is excellent; that’s one fine shot! If it were mine, it would be printed and hanging on a wall.
Very nice photo, thanks for sharing.
