What changed? Trump. He's a flip flopping weasel.

Trump terminated DACA. Democrats were willing to fund the wall in an immigration reform package. Trump agreed, then backed away.

Trump agreed to a CR. Republicans even passed unanimously a Senate CR based upon Trump input that did not add funding to the wall. Then Trump backed away, demanding a wall.

Trump is extorting funds for the wall by shutting down unfunded governemnt. The US does not negotiate with terrorists; nor should it negotiate with extortionists.

Fix DACA, then build some wall.

Because if they fund the wall, Trump can't be trusted to back fixing DACA.
