Photographing the geese can be tricky--they tend to abruptly and without warning take off in one huge hysterical flock. Getting pictures can depend on luck and being ready--no time to fiddle with camera settings! I tried to capture the feeling of the chaotic flock in the first couple shots.
You certainly caught the hysterical...I can hear the quacks!

The eggs - my son-in-law got sick of chicken poop all over the place - they (the chickens, not the children!) are now mostly confined in a fenced-in area.
