I've just found that the moiré disappears if you zoom in on it so it was a resolution artefact. Everything looks fine on my screen except for a small scale graininess which may be ISO noise or it may be a sharpening artefact. It all depends on what sort of look you want, but if you're still after something more painterly you could try adding a dash of denoise to soften it at the microdetail level - or if it
a sharpening artefact, back off with the sharpening or use Masking in the Sharpen section to exclude the very fine detail from the sharpening. None of that applies if you're happy with the slightly grainy, gritty look. But remember that the printing process often involves extra sharpening.
