Am looking to purchase (new or Excellent/lightly used) an OCF setup using an Einstein monolight, 30x60 softbox, and Vagabond mini and other than Ebay am wondering what others here have found are good places to buy all aspects of a 1 flash setup, including stand? Realize places like B&H/Adorama do Not sell Einstein lights and want to be sure the light is compatible with the softbox with the proper speedring.

Any and all thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

Other than Ebay, Craigslist or word of mouth; the only place to purchase an Einstein is Paul C Buff that I am aware of.

I have two Paul C. Buff DigiBee DB800 strobes and one of their beauty dishes and strip softboxes. They have softboxes in 24"x36", 32"x40", and 30"x60" sizes. They also have Octaboxes. I would get one of their Octaboxes as it would produce round catch lights in the eyes of your models.

You can purchase balcar speed rings that will mount other light modifiers to a Paul C. Buff strobe.

I have ProMaster mount rings to use ProFoto softboxes with Buff lights, in my case Alien Bees. I believe they cost about $45 for each mount.

Cheetah Stand has excellent stands and soft boxes and come with rings for P. C. Buff units. Their prices are good also.
