I have used the Optech strap since I got my first DSLR. I now have the dual harness, used for weddings and absolutely love it for my RB67. Still thinking about how to attach it to my Speed Graphic 4x5 press camera. The 4x5 monorail, not a chance. That is attached to the tripod and thrown over my shoulder :).
I'm 5'6 / 125 lbs and can hand hold the RB67 down to 1/30 with the Optech. Try that with a tripod socket mounted strap that wants to tip the camera a** over apple cart -:)

When I need a strap, I check Op/Tech first. Great straps, low prices.

Also a big fan of Op/Tech. Given I only carry a bridge camera, I use the Super Classic Bino strap. I like that it doesn't have clip connectors I won't use.
The great things about Op Tech equipment, the price, it's made in the USA, they work
