Hi.. I moved from a D7100 to a D750 and a D810 awhile ago. I love the D750. You should not be disappointed with it. As someone previously stated the D750 is due for an upgrade. The holiday sales will soon be here as well.

I have successfully resisted GAS for 4+ years using my D7100. I have been very happy with it. I am ready to move up to FX and I have decided on the D750 for reasons not important to the question. The question is, is it likely there will be significant sales making it worth waiting just a bit longer? Thanks for your comments.

I believe the D750 is currently on sale.

But, if your willing to wait until black friday or the holidays in december, sometimes Nikon will throw in a free vertical grip plus the deal you see at B&H.

I own both the 7100 , and the 750 verify I think they have the same sensor one being for the dx and the other the fx, the 7100 does not have a AA filter , and the 750 does I could not see the diference in the IQ between the images other than one being a fx , and the other being a fx I would suggest for you to wait until nikon upgrades the 750. Because that is what I am waiting for

I agree 100% with Bob. I have purchased many used lens from B & H with no regrets. Everything worked perfectly.

I would wait until they sell the D750 with the battery grip for $1500. They did that before and I believe they should do that again for the holidays.

There is another post that has provided a link to Adorama's Black Friday sale. Here's the link.

Looks like a D750 with a grip and other goodies is about $1400.

Oops...looks like someone else found and posted that link a little ahead of me...

You'll be happier with a D810 which is priced closely with the D750.

Actually most people do not consider double the price to be "close" at all!

The D750 currently has the lowest price and the D810 doesn't. Nikon had sold the D810 with the battery grip for $2500 before.
