Rarely do I go to the opposite side of the lens but, with a place like Halden, Norway I felt it was time to use the self timer ... Lots of history and interesting people and a great place to live.

Norway is a great place, lots of photography opportunities and great people.
Some years back I had a 2 week, all expenses paid ski and winter fun trip to Torpomoen.
I would love to return some day.

Very nice!! Looks like a beautiful town. Please post more photos. I always love and appreciate photos of other places that I will never be able to see myself. Thanks

One other thing, I love the way you positioned yourself in the frame so we could see part of the town and the docks. Thanks
