You had beautiful subjects but these, I think, are outstanding captures. Really enjoyed them. We did a similar trip over 10 years ago. It was definitely fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent set of images. They are all very well executed, but #1 is superb. Super content, superior depth of field, and composition is right on. Very well done!

Awesome photos. The very first photo has you standing at the apex of the wooden fence. You have two leading lines taking you to two different focal points. This causes the viewer to get confused with your focal point. Perhaps you should recompose. my 5c worth :)

Thanks again for the comments. The camera is the top of the line Olympus omd e 1 mark 2.
As a point of information, this is a mirrorless camera with a 2x crop factor so the depth of field is twice what you would find with a full frame.
F 4 on this camera is comparable to f 8 on a full frame so you can shoot at a lower iso or shutter speed ( because more light is coming in.) Add the 5 axis image stabilization and you can hand hold for really long periods of time ( 1/2 to 2 seconds.)
