Beautiful images, Jimber! I can relate to your Redwood trees image, as we ventured there many years back, when my son ran in the San Francisco Marathon. With so many photographic opportunities, I could have spent days there, but alas, the "tour" only gave us an hour.

I just wanted to share a Photoshop mishap that I think turned out kinda cool..
I was actually trying to place the Giraffe on the Leaves, But ended up replacing the Giraffe with the leaves..
