Very nice set. I take many photos from my truck and find it makes a good "blind" in many cases. By the way, that's not a Mallard, it's a Northern Shoveler. So Mallard may still be on your bucket list.
Ahhhh thanks for the info.

Posting a few of my favorites. I might add I had polio as a kid and no longer able to walk on unlevel ground so I take 90 percent of my pictures out the car window. A great hobby for older folks, which I am...… Hope you enjoy. I will post more later. Think I reached my limit on this post....lol
Great images!!!!
Mingo? I thought it was closer to Puxico, Mo. than Piedmont, I did see that Mingo manages two other areas , both even farther from Puxico.
That's the nicest sunset shot I've seen on here. Frankly, I find most of them quite boring.
You're ability to get such wonderful shots as these in your condition of limited mobility is inspirational for me. I have nearly "normal" mobility still, but am slowly losing it to a constellation of increasing issues. I will remember what you have shown us is possible and that possibility gives me hope. Keep up the great work.
Very nice, #3 is my favorite!

I see why they are some of your favorites. Very nice.
Northern Shoveler, not a Mallard.
Nice shots. I can certainly understand your problem. I am 91 and have bad lower back problems and severe tremor in my right hand so many of my photos are from my car. Just have to keep on Keepin On. Oh yeah, I lived in southeast Missouri (Kennett and Malden) for the first 34 years of my life and frequented Mingo, Lake Wappapello, Piedmont, Clearwater Lake, Sikeston and surrounding areas.

Beautiful work, should be postcards.
You have captured these beautifully! Stunning set of images - especially if some are from a car window! (That's probably where I would want to be to capture the second one!) Best wishes and thanks for sharing!
