The Priorwood Garden is a walled orchard next to the Melrose Abbey in Scotland. It is Scotland's only dedicated to dried flowers garden and the orchard has over 90 different kinds of apples, including 70 heritage varieties.

Many doubters said to couldn't be done - grow pineapples in Southern California. My wife has been growing them here with great success for 15+ years in pots in a protected area. When she tried them in the ground, the racoons had a feast! Here's one of our latest, photographed today. P.S. They make great Mai Tais. chase
