It looks like a chives flower to me, how big is it? What do the leaves /plant look like? Chive flowers are great tasting, but here in northern NY they bloom mostly in the spring, with a repeat sometimes later in the fall.

This is too big to be a chives, says wife. We have chives and they ae much smaller.
