A week ago last Saturday I has issues with my Mavic Pro Platinum with the camera gimble going crazy and not able to control it. That Monday I called DJI and since it was under warranty, the nice lady said I would need to send it to the for repair. She emailed me a pre paid UPS cable and much to my surprise, they have a factory repair facility right here in Grapevine, Tx (About 10 miles from my house). I took it to UPS that day (Monday of last week). Tuesday they received it and emailed me on Wednesday saying it was being looked at. This past Friday I got a email saying it has been repaired. Wow! They shipped it on Monday and I got it back yesterday working perfectly. I said all of this to say, Big Kudos to DJI for excellent customer service and wanted everyone to know in case any of you have issues.
That's good to know. When I first got mine they didn't have the greatest customer service but it sounds like they are getting their shit together finally.

I'm proud of them for having a repair facility, not just close to me, but in the central US which is better fo the entire country. Any time saved is good.
