I haven't commented on KEH questions in a while as others tend to say the same as my experience, specifically:
The equipment, when received, tends to exceed the conservative ratings provided by KEH. LN (Like New) really is like new except the equipment does not arrive in the original box. Ratings EX and EX+ (excellent) really are excellent, again almost like new although not like it just came from the box.
If you're considering a lens model that maybe didn't come with a hood or tripod collar, you typically can get these included from KEH for a total price less than purchasing these items separately.

I'll mirror others' experience, having bought several lenses over the years and always finding them better than the quality ratings listed in their ad. I would not hesitate to buy anything from them (except perhaps a BGN-rated lens - if it looks that bad, I'd be concerned about what might be about to break inside, even if it works fine right now.)
I once bought a dual-range Summicron from them - a Leica rangefinder lens with a supplemental close focsing range. It was in exquisite condition except that all of the images were out of focus - on the two different bodies I tried it on. This was back in the film days, and obviously KEH didn't take and develop images with every lens they sold (the only way to check focusing on a rangefinder lens) so it was obviously something internal and invisible that was causing the problem. In any event, KEH took it back without question, and refunded all of my expenses including the return postage.

I've both bought cameras (a Nikon D70s a few years ago) and a Nikon D7000 (last year) in addition to several lenses. All were in good shape (well they D70s was in the shape it was advertised.. which was ok but it was a several year old camera that was extremely limited). I bought a couple of good lenses at decent prices and the lenses were in good shape..

Avoiding all the peripheral BS. I have. They did not disappoint. I would use them again if the need came up.

Good company. They tend to under-rate their products, so you will get better than you expect. If you don't like what you receive - return it.

KEH sells on Ebay and they carry a positive rating their from folks who buy from them.
