New Camera purchase: My humble process

Sorry couldn't resist remembering what Jerry Seinfeld had to say about safari, he said there is no difference about a lion in the wild and another in a zoo (I don''t remember the full joke though
I don't necessarily agree but for what is worth here is a lion very close and totally safe for both of us

I bought a sturdy monopod that I can use for my Nikon Coolpix A900, it has a 33lb limit so I can also use it with my DSLR with lens and flash attached! It collapses down to 16” so it is easy to take with you!

Hey Geezer, you are 100% right. We need to patronize the local camera store, if we have one. Sadly, the closest to me is about 2 hrs & 45 Min away.
