Not my favorite time to shoot the moon but I wanted to test an Orion Short 80 that I bought to use as a guide scope.
Celestron 236C CMOS camera.
Orion Short 80
Celestron CGEM mount
Polor aligned with PoleMaster
1920 X 1200
54 FPS
30% of 3400 frames in AutoStakkert2
Wavelets in Registax
Polish and image resize in Photoshop CC ( 72 to 256 Pixels per inch)
And here is the final result.

That guide scope does a good job...you notice I didn’t give any credit to the operator😀

Thank you Craig.
All I did was point and shoot.. Sort of.. ;)
I am adding a shot of Jupiter that I did and stacked.
It's not as nice but it has potential. It is also uncropped so the size is what I captured.
1024 X 768
80 FPS
30% of almost 10,000 frames
DPI bumped from 72 to 256 as well.

Thank you very much.
I was pretty surprised but I have heard good things which is why I picked it up.
I bought it used for $60 with mount rings and a vixon plate so I think I did all right.

OH yeah I guess I forgot, congrats on the guidescope. I use the Orion 70mm with the Orion Star Shoot camera and PhD program.
