Logitech Warranty

Logitech has a three-year warranty on some of its keyboards. Wow! Great! Unfortunately, the warranty exists on paper, only. It's been almost two weeks since I filed a claim and received a case number, and I haven't heard from them. I emailed them again, but still no reply. No more Logitech for me.

When I don't get responses on emails from companies, I start calling them on the phone.

Logitech is a very reputable company with better that average products. Do You think You are the only one They need to respond to? Jerry, it seems that You seem to have an awful lot of complaints and problems with numerous companies and Their products. Just sayin!

Jerry, I called them about my keyboard yesterday and waited for an agent. Took about 30 minutes waiting online, but got an agent and bingo, they are sending me a new keyboard.

Could be worse. I bought a internet switch by Netgear from Best Buy that died 17 days after purchase. I took it back to Best Buy to exchange it with receipt in hand, but I was told no, they only warrant Netgear products for 15 days. I believe Netgear generally make good products, I think I just got a bum unit. Best Buy should have stepped up and did the right thing but they did not, so no more Best Buy for me.

Hmm...30 minutes on the phone for a new keyboard?? You're kidding, right?

Come on guys, keyboards are cheap - just stop whining and buy a new one! 😁

P.S. I've been very happy with all of the numerous Logitech products that I've owned. They make good quality stuff, IMHO. Cheers

I always buy mine at Costco so if I have problem the return is easy but the last time I took one in, MY third one is a short period, the suggested that I buy another one from somewhere else. But I remain undeterred.
