B&W or Color?

I was sitting at a cafe looking across the street toward the Louvre Metro station when I tried some slow-speed shutters settings as bicyclists road by. Using the same pic, I edited a color version and a B&W version. Which looks better to you?

Mike, I'm not really a B&W kind of guy, but here I think your monochrome has captured the flavor of France much better.

I am going to buck the trend. I find the color to be more appealing. The bike rider in the B/W almost seems like a blob.

The B&W definitely adds contrast and makes the picture timeless, but I prefer the details that I see with color.
