I am recently retired and I am trying to further my knowledge of photography. I have been reading the posts and find them quite informative and in some cases very competitive.
In Australia we have a Festival of Lights in New South Wales capital, Sydney called Vivid which includes spectacular light images projected onto the Sydney Opera House.
If there is any interest I will attempt to post some images.
Thanks for allowing me to be part of this forum.

Australia is on my bucket list...ah yes, competitive. Some people know it all and some just THINK they do. When I see pages of what seem to be a pissing contest I tend to ignore the subject. I've driven a few people from Melbourne d Perth to an aviation convention in Wisconsin on different trips and was on a vacation several years ago in Europe, where most of the people on the trip, including the driver and guide, were from Australia - party animals to the max. I tried Vegemite, but I honestly felt it wasn't for me!
PS Welcome to 'the hog' :)
Welcome to The Ugly Hedgehog, we have people on this site from all over the United States as other parts of the world. While you can get photography information from this site....don't make this your prime source of information, there is a wealth of information online that will help you on your photographic journey.....Jim M
