The first one looks best on the download. I was distracted by what appears to be an artifact on the right of the clock tower both on the 'thumbnail' and the download. Is the building ever used for anything now? Would love to see more of the Tacoma area.

No it is not being used at this time. The building had been neglected by the owners and damaged by as I recall a broken water pipe.
