And why would he/she? Have you read through the thread? The OP asked because they wanted to know. Now they have to pick an answer. Some knowledgeable answers mixed in.... could be sifting.....

Go on eBay and do a search for the battery Model and the Camera Model. I have found a variety of both, and even rechargers that permit me to recharge batteries that do not have an out of camera charger from the camera manufacturer. I have used these for years without problem. IMO a solution that is excellent.

You can always take your camera/battery to some place like Best Buy. They have all types of chargers, both USB and 12v. They can match your battery up in just a few seconds.
