Most interesting the Kress bldg. in the picture! I’m curious to when this was taken I believe they went out business sometime ago?

That would be one way to do it. I wanted to emphasize that he was out in public, with people nearby; that is, to focus on the overall situation rather than to concentrate on him. But I think either way works.
