Well, I do understand the cost factor, but unfortunately you reap a lot fewer of the real benefits of mirrorless design by not moving to lenses engineered specifically for the new platform.
Could you elaborate? I understand weight, but what about all the technological advances? Do the newer lenses have something that lets them make better use of the new features?
