I have an Epson SureColor P600 and love it! It will handle flat or roll paper, and do 13"x19" borderless prints (and panoramas over 10' long).
The secret is to not skimp on paper; buy the highest quality paper available. One 'paper' (probably closer to plastic) that I really like is Inkpress' Luster 10.4 mil. It is a thick, stiff paper that doesn't sag and takes and holds ink amazingly well.
I also use refillable ink cartridges and ink from
www.inkowl.com. I've had excellent success with their cartridges and ink, and their kits don't drive me into the poor house like Epson disposable cartridges would have!
Good luck in your quest for the perfect print!

I bought a CANON PIXMA PRO-10 sometime ago so will be using that. Eventually will need to find a source for ink.

Yeah Tony, I have the Pro 100. I have seen a source for the ink on eBay for $25 for the set of 8 cartridges.
