The French and French governments claim to treat all religions equally, but treat the Muslim religion as "more equal than others" - and could enjoy special privileges. Those who criticize Islam - or who show the consequences of Islamic terrorism - are ruthlessly prosecuted, while hateful racist organizations are never criminalized.
