7D mark ii with a little over 7000 shutter activations. I have Amazon receipts for everything except the Canon 75-300 which I bought from Canon refurbished. Everything else was purchased new from Amazon. I'm 68 years old and never got to do what I wanted to do with this equipment. I'm stepping back to mirror less and two lenses for weight.
$1500.00 or best offer and I want to sell it as a package but will consider offers for individual pieces.
Hello:
I seen in one of your earlier threads (link here):
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-516435-1.html- you mentioned an interest in Sony A7iii - did you decide to go with Sony?
I aks, because - I have the Sony FE 24-240 (E-mount) lens, I might consider to offer,
towards, a trade deal for the Canon gear?
It comes complete with in the Sony factory OEM box, both lens caps, Sony lens hood,
paperwork, etc.
If interested, please let me know?
Have a nice day and pleasant weekend -
Ed

I want to offset the cost of the A7iii which I pre ordered which is the main reason for selling the gear. What kind of trade deal?

Hello:
It would need to be an agreement between us, as to the value of the Sony 24-240 lens and what fair market trade valued items,
of your gear the trade would equal to?
Obviously - the start would be the Canon 7Dii camera body, and at least one lens, to be a functional outfit to use.
But, I am not sure the values you place on individual items?
Thanks -
Ed

Too much camera for me! I'm having an awful time learning the Canon T7I! If it wasn't for auto....I'd never be able to take a picture.
I would be interested in the EFS 10-18 lens.
Would you sell it separately? If so, how much would you want?
I'm waiting for someone else to respond who was interested in it with the camera body.
This thread is over a year old, but on the off chance that the body is still available, what are you asking for?
What's it worth to you? I haven't used it at all and it's pretty much brand new. I was going to convert it to Infrared but after reaching it I decided to convert my A6300 because it doesn't have a mirror and is easier to set focus and exposure in IR.
Wow, you're still up! I was about to hit the sack because it's past 1 am here in CA. I was thinking half the price of the new 90D that's being released this month, and is the supposed successor to the 7D Mark II. I already have this model going on four years, and I was going to make it my backup to the 90D, but if the price is right, I'll go with those two bodies, and eventually do a complete switch to mirrorless (probably Olympus or Fuji) in a few years. The asking price for the 90D is $1,200, so $600 would be a good price for the 7D Mark II body.
Okay sounds good to me. We can work out the details tomorrow. Most of the shutter activation's on that camera were on a tripod using continuous shutter trying to learn how to get hummingbirds on my patio in Ramona.
Do you have a Paypal account? That's how I do such transactions. It's been a while since I last did one on this site (I believe I did four of them over the past few years), so I'll have to refresh myself on the process, but using Paypal protects both the buyer and seller, and is the preferred way to do such business.
