Old mostly abandoned mines in Arizona.

While riding around in the desert the last two months on our ATV'S we have enjoyed seeing several abandoned mines and mining camps. Here are a few of the mines, I will share more and a couple of camps in a later post.

Very interesting, Rena. Good shots, too.
Very interesting. But these places are known to be extremely dangerous. Cave-ins and collapses, as well as other hazards are present.

That is correct, which is why you do not see photo's of us exploring their inner depths. Glad you found them interesting, thanks for looking!
