Why worry about a measly $200 when you can save thousands? Here’s a real deal making the rounds and It’s got to be legit since it’s posted on Craigslist.

Thanks! I'm new to this list so that's why I asked. A friend suggested asking before purchase - so glad I did!

Thanks David! After reading all the replies I'm definitely NOT going with JetCamera! I really appreciate everyone's input. Sorry to those who have answered this question repeatedly. I have not followed this forum as some have suggested - I am truly new to it. And, I don't have any hidden agenda - I just wanted information from folks who are much more dedicated to this information than I am.

The best thing to do with any company you are thinking of doing business with on the internet, or even in real life, is to Google the company name with "reviews". That would have answered the question right away.

Be very careful. I just went through a lot of brain damage to buy a Nikon D850. They are selling like hotcakes and lots of folks are selling them on eBay for $1000-$2000 over the typical $3296 price.

I ordered it from Adorama, only to find out two day later that they didn't actually have a camera. Ditto for Amazon, although they say so on their website. Again, lots of "like new" still in box D850s on Amazon at a big mark-up. Then I ordered one from B&H last week because there website said they had them in stock, only to get a call today telling me that they only have the international version. I finally resorted to BestBuy. They said I'd have it tomorrow.

Anyway, it's a hot item. Last time I looked it was back ordered on the Nikon website, so no telling when they will be readily available from the usual suspects. And forget trying to find a used or refurbished one, from what I can tell, that beast doesn't exist anywhere on the planet.
Be very careful. I just went through a lot of brai... (show quote)
