I recently moved to Guam for my newest duty station. It's similar to Hawaii in some ways, but definitely has it's own culture and feel. There is quite a bit of history here, from the Japanese and Americans in WWII, the Spanish from the mid 1500s through 1898, to the ancient Chamorro (the original inhabitants of Guam). Here is a sunset from a bridge the Spanish built as part of an incomplete road that was supposed to run from their main seaport of Umatac in Southern Guam, to their capital, Hagåtña, in central Guam. The second picture was taken just on the other side of the bridge. I'll try to post a few more pictures I've taken since moving here over the next few days. I edited these a little in Lightroom, with my limited knowledge and ability. Please feel free to comment on what I could do better, either in Lightroom, or with the picture in general.
