I like the color version, as it highlights the man as the main subject, with the red jacket.
However the B&W is the best capture, especially so with the man removed in ps.

Really like the black and white better. Like that the snow in front of the man is unblemished except for a few small branches near our viewpoint. They make it better, as sometimes perfection is too much. 😮
