Nikon D90 HELP

Posting this for a friend. SD card is stuck inside the camera. Using tweezers but the plastic is disintegrating with the tweezers. Can we help this guy?

That may be the entire problem. It has the push in / pop out mechanism.

I have a D90 as a backup camera...although I've never experienced the problem you described, in the event I do, how did you solve the problem? Thanks for the input

He was able to use tweezers. Couldn't save the card but saved the camera
