After reading the replies, my preference leads me to agree with the OP. My eyes went immediately to the sunset horizon, not the edge of the pool, because it is the brightest spot on the image. Looks correct to me. I leveled the OP's horizon using the pool edge and the sky became obviously tilted, looking out of balance.

This is an accurate rendition, but I agree with those who find the tilted edge of the infinity pool disconcerting. Why not simply photoshop out that edge?
