Thanks for sharing the link. I had never heard of Lewis Hine before, his photos are very impressive.

Considering that nowadays we have to support them well in to their 20's and beyond perhaps a little loosening of those CLL would be in order.

No, it doesn't ...... it means that the last administration wanted to require parents to cover there "children's" medical insurance until their mid 20's. Don't you get scratchy from all the "Straw Man Arguments"? SHEESH

Medical insurance has nothing to do with child labor laws.
