I've never seen it from this angle. I didn't realize there was a park in the area. The most time I ever spent in D.C. was several hours while waiting for an Amtrak train. If I were smart I would have taken a little time to get out of the station and look around D.C. I might have noticed this park. Of course, in those days, I didn't do a lot with cameras. This is a very nice picture.
