It's a wild Muscovy duck....very common in the area.

Definitely a Muscovy duck, originally from Japan and very common here now.

It's the domestic variety of the Muscovy Duck, a tropical species. Tame, escaped birds are now thriving in the wild and in parks in many areas of North America.
