It is not registered with Adobe. So if you purchase you use code on disk envelope and you now register it with Adobe.

It is just like a brand new disk you purchased from an authorized dealer. You take it home load it onto your PC enter the 24 digit serial number and you are good to go. This is not a bogus copy it is a genuine Adobe disk in the Adobe box for Windows or Mac OS. I do not know what else I can tell you.

I think what he’s saying is that he purchased the disk but never has never uploaded it to a computer, therefore he never registered it and it’s possible to load onto anyone’s computer then that person can register it. Nothing hinky going on.
