From my little knowledge of England, I am wondering if this in London?

No, it's in Edinburgh. I talked to a lady from London who said this market is nothing compared to the one there. However, since we don't have anything like either back in the States, I'm impressed with the Edinburgh version - it's all a matter of perspective.

Nice. I saw your location as Ohio, but it looked more like Britain. : )

You should be there in August and take in the Tattoo... fantastic,

The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an annual series of military tattoos performed by British Armed Forces, Commonwealth and international military bands and artistic performance teams on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle in the capital of Scotland. The event is held each August as part of the Edinburgh Festival.

I'd love to see the Tattoo, but the crowds around town would literally give me claustrophobia. All our other Scotland trips have been in September - the weather is great, prices are lower, and the crowds are significantly diminished.

We haven't been to see the Royal yacht as yet - we tried to make it down to Leith last year but got hopelessly lost (and very tired!!).

If the London was is so much better what is she doing in Edinburgh? Not like it's half an hour down the road!
