I had my P&S in my pocket when this Dragonfly settled on a pole in my garden. Just could not resist this opportunity. Please let me know if I can improve this shot.

If you shot it with a macro lens youd never be able to get that much of the background in focus or defocus i guess. but that makes it an interesting shot, i like it.

I shot this with a Panasonic ZS20. I had it in my pocket (always have a camera with me). I could not reach it to use the monitor so I just held the camera lens close to the Dragonfly and shot.

I think the detail on the dragonfly is really good for a p&s, good job.
